Andreas started his career at ABN where he co-managed its Swiss Equity Fund and was responsible for building up Structured Products for International Private Banking. He also gained experience in boutique private banking as Head of Portfolio Management at Clariden Leu where he was a member of the Investment Committee. In 2003, he took over the role of Head of Wealth Management Solutions at Vontobel Private Banking, where he was also a member of the Executive Committee Private Banking and the Investment Policy Board. Andreas joined Julius Baer at the beginning of January 2010 as the new Head of Investment Advisory Zurich. In May 2013, he was appointed to the position of Global Head Investment Consulting & Services. In April 2014, the managerial responsibility for Investment Consulting & Services, Investment Advisory, and Mandate Consulting was merged into one new business unit: Global Investment Solutions & Advisory. Andreas has been nominated to head this unit. As per 1st September 2016 he accepted a new challenge as the Head Private Banking Zurich, Eastern Switzerland & UHNWI and he is also Chair of the UHNWI board.

Roi is an attorney and holds master’s degrees from the University of Basle and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York.

Olaf Toepfer is Managing Partner at EY and leads the Banking and Capital Markets sector in Switzerland. He is also the responsible EY partner for the global services EY provides for a big global bank. Olaf has more than 20+ years of experience in advisory, with a focus on strategic business transformation, including business model design, efficiency improvement and profitable growth strategies. He joined EY in 2014 from Roland Berger, where he was the responsible partner for the Financial Services Competence Center and International Practice Group Asset & Wealth Management. Olaf has been leading many strategy projects, e.g. business strategy and transformation projects, customer intelligence and profiling projects, pricing projects, efficiency or strategic group realignment programs. He studied Economics at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland.

Sven Württemberger is heading Passive Investments for Switzerland and Israel at Deutsche Asset Management, overseeing distribution for Xtrackers ETFs and Index Mandates. In previous roles Sven headed distribution for iShares in Germany and Switzerland. Sven started his financial career at Deutsche Asset Management. He holds a MBA in International Finance from HSE and University St. Gallen and a Bachelor in Finance from Bristol Business School, UK.

Robert Ruttmann serves as the Head of Customer Insight on Financial Services at Institute for CustomerInsight, University of St. Gallen, and is the founderof the research consortium “Redesigning Financial Services”. Previously, Robert spent over 10 years in the financial services industry, working in Global Research at Credit Suisse, and 4 years in the Investment Office at Julius Baer, running a team of cross-asset strategists. Robert Ruttmann has two master’s degrees from the University of St.Gallen, one in Banking and Finance, and one in International Affairs and Governance. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2002 in Economics from Bates College, US.

Ali Masarwah is editor-in-chief of the German language websites of Morningstar. Before joining Morningstar in 2011, Ali was the editor of the financial journal portfolio international from 2003 to 2011. Held also the position of editorial director in the management team of the portfolio Verlag, a publishing house focused on institutional investors. Before that, he was team leader of the Competence Centre Mutual Funds at the financial newswires vwd in Frankfurt from 2001 to 2003. Ali earned a master degree in political science and history from the University of Cologne.
